The Platform provides an online system that allows:

• Users to discover and book services
• Service providers to manage appointments and clients

We are a technology platform and do not directly provide the services listed.

3. User Accounts

You must:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings are agreements between users and service providers
• Prices and policies are set by providers
• We are not responsible for service quality, cancellations, or disputes

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Post false or misleading information
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the system

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Service Provider Responsibilities

Service providers are responsible for:

• Accurate service descriptions
• Honoring bookings
• Following local laws and licensing requirements

We do not guarantee the quality or legality of services.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content (design, logo, software, text) belongs to Labooka. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission.

8. Platform Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for disputes between users and service providers
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us (if any)

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the changes.

13. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

14. Cancellations & No-Show

Cancellation policies are defined by individual service providers.

Users are responsible for reviewing cancellation terms before booking.

Labooka is not responsible for refunds, missed appointments, or disputes related to cancellations.

15. Notifications

By enabling notifications (email or Telegram), you agree to receive booking-related updates.

You can disable notifications at any time in your account settings.

17. Payments & Refunds

Payments for services are made directly between users and service providers.

Labooka does not process payments on behalf of service providers and is not responsible for refunds.

All refund requests, cancellations, and payment disputes must be handled directly with the service provider.

Labooka is not liable for any payment-related issues between users and service providers.

18. Subscriptions

Service providers may be offered trial access to the platform.

After the trial period, continued use may require a paid subscription.

All subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
